Identifying a billable occupier
Occupier ID uses data and insight to quickly identify who is occupying a given address enabling named bills to be issued. We deliver this information with a confidence rating to help clients use the data, contact their customers and update their records accordingly. Our Property Moves capability features an added layer of insight, by confirming if named bill payers still occupy the supply address and if not, identify the date they moved out, where they have gone to and who the named bill payer should be now.
