The data we collect is collated, validated, verified, screened, and enhanced then combined into a series of databases from which extracts of data may be provided under contract to business partners and clients. We have created a rigorous process for onboarding and maintaining our data contributors, with due diligence and analysis in place to ensure compliance with the principles of UK GDPR, led by our Data Protection Office who ensure the fundamental right of individuals are protected.

Privacy First

We gather permissioned personal information from multiple sources and use this information to create our consumer data universe. We apply a layered privacy approach and are transparent in both our processing of data and how it will be used. This data is collected and compliant under legitimate interest, with all permissions are collected under the context of marketing, and providing easy ways for individuals to withdraw permission and act upon their fundamental rights.

Online Permissions Library

Our Online Permissions Library sets out our approach and commitment to the guiding principles of UK GDPR compliance. It displays every permission statement and corresponding privacy policy an individual would have completed when giving their permission to be marketed to, with full audit trails available. Clients can review, approve and download this information, which in turn allows them to build their documentation and evidence the due diligence required with data use under GDPR.
