Link customer debt

Increase debt recovery by linking final account debt to live customer accounts

 

 

For duplicate accounts with associated debt or when linkage is not created in the home move journey between final and new accounts for the same individual, utilising advanced analytics to link accounts will enable the transfer of balances to settle debt, with customers being billed and collections completed.
