Verifying Named Tenants Within Client Properties

Our client needed to verify the tenants occupying their properties in order to ensure there was no illegal subletting and up to date tenant information was available to comply with regulatory requirements.

The client provided us with their portfolio of 700 unique properties occupied by 1,100 tenants. We cleansed the data using our proprietary software, scorecards and analytics capability prior to matching against third party data sources. We identified 365 of the tenants provided were no longer residing at the property, and 328 of the properties had additional tenants that were unknown to the client - we provided an indicator to show whether they were family members, of which 250 were non-family members.
