Our Housing Association client was investing in new technologies and required their tenancy data to be cleansed and enriched prior to migration to a new system and ensure compliance with GDPR.
On a sample of 1,000 property records, we performed a Health Check on the client's tenacy and property data, and identified; address data was 59% complete, tenant name data was 56% complete, email address data was 37% complete, and Telephone number data was 26% complete. We cleansed the client’s data using our proprietary software to populate missing titles, names, date of births along with contact information (email, landline and mobile). We produced a detailed output of all corrected data to aid our client to append the data and ingest into their new systems.
