All of our assignments commence with us gaining an understanding of your business needs and playing them back to you so we are all aligned, including the types of resources you require and indicative timelines of when you would expect the assignment to be completed. After our initial engagement, we will develop a detailed proposal outlining the key elements of the assignment in a Summary Brief which includes:
The proposal acts as the primary engagement document against which we will commit resources and commence delivery. All of our assignments are planned to start delivering business benefit as early as possible as we believe our clients prefer to achieve business benefits during all phases of the implementation, not just at the end of the assignment. Adopting this approach allows our clients to maximise their return on investment and ensures that our deliverables are continually produced to agreed time, cost and quality standards. All assignments are overseen by one of our Partners to ensure that we fully understand your requirements, continually deliver solutions which meet your business need and deliver to our internal quality standards. During the assignment we will provide you with regular, timely and honest feedback in accordance with your preferred account management style. This can range from informal meetings and discussions through to regular formal assignment reporting. Prior to completion we will provide you with an end of assignment report and closure documentation confirming delivery against agreed success criteria.
