Before any engagement we will work with you to understand your needs and provide you with detailed information on how we would approach and manage your assignment.

We will agree your resourcing requirements and ensure that the resource we propose meets your needs in terms of technical expertise and experience as well as fitting in with your company culture

During the assignment we will provide you with regular feedback on progress in accordance with your preferred reporting mechanisms. In addition, one of our partners will oversee your project, free of charge, to ensure that we continue to fulfil your expectations.

We will work collaboratively with you and your team throughout your assignment to maximise knowledge transfer.

When your assignment ends we will ensure that the project is closed in a fully controlled manner including project documentation and training.
