Occupier Identification Goes to America

As a result of successful partnership with Equifax, our Occupier ID solution was selected as the European product to be showcased at Equifax’s International Leadership Conference in the United States on Thursday 31^st January, where Equifax leaders from across the globe shared information on their ground-breaking products.

Sagacity and Equifax have over twelve years’ experience in working together to deliver innovative solutions to our clients’ challenges. Our combined Occupier ID solution, leveraging Sagacity’s software and Equifax’s extensive data sets, has been making waves in the UK with five of the current eleven main water companies and a further two water only providers already trialing or using it.

Our Occupier ID solution accurately identifies who is living at a given address using sophisticated matching algorithms combined with Equifax and other specialist third party data sets, allowing organisations to rapidly identify and bill their customers. It is quick, cost effective and simple to use. With no fixed data formats, it can rapidly and seamlessly analyse client and third-party data returning occupier information and confidence scores to help inform customer management strategies.

Occupier ID can be delivered as a one off or on a cyclical basis to ensure your occupant data is consistently up to date. Our solution works across multiple industry sectors including Energy and Telecommunications and can be easily adapted to support different geographies.
